About OfficeSimpli

OfficeSimpli is American-made office furniture built to outlast your office.

We design and build executive desks, conference tables, reception desks, and storage in two American workshops. The line is engineered for the working day rather than the showroom. We picked materials that hold up to actual use, finishes that resist scratches and water rings, and construction that does not loosen after a year of being moved around.

What we make

Executive L-desks, standing desks, conference tables, reception desks, credenzas, lateral files, and storage cabinets. Each piece is built from CARB Phase 2 compliant engineered wood substrate with thermally-fused laminate (TFL) coating, edge-banded on all sides, with integrated cable management and UV clear coat over the laminate.

Where we build

Two workshops: Los Angeles, California and Dallas, Texas. Ready-to-Ship items ship from our facilities in Los Angeles and Dallas. The staples leave the floor in days rather than months.

Why engineered wood, not solid wood

Office furniture lives a hard life. Solid wood looks great in a magazine and warps with humidity, dings on a bad day, and shows every coffee ring. Engineered wood substrate with TFL surface stays dimensionally stable, resists scratches, shrugs off everyday wear, and stays looking new years in. CARB Phase 2 means lower formaldehyde than CARB 1, with FSC chain-of-custody on the wood content.

Compliance and testing

Every piece meets CARB Phase 2 indoor air quality standards. We use SCS Indoor Advantage Gold certified adhesives. Our 15-year umbrella warranty is backed by the manufacturing partnership and the materials we picked.

How we ship

Free shipping to the continental United States on every order. No minimums. Ready to Ship items handle in 2-3 business days then go LTL freight. Most continental US deliveries arrive 5-10 business days door-to-door. Made-to-Order takes 2-4 weeks build time then the same LTL transit.

Built in Dallas, TX and Los Angeles, CA. Shipped from the closer warehouse to keep transit short.
