Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all OfficeSimpli orders. Shipping methods vary by product category; the complete procedure is published at the Shipping & Lead Times page.
Free shipping to the continental United States on all orders. No minimum.
Parcel-shipped products (washer dryer countertops, etc.): 1-3 business days handling, 3-7 business days transit via UPS or FedEx.
Freight-shipped furniture:
- Ready-to-Ship items: 2-3 business days handling, 3-10 business days transit.
- Made-to-Order pieces: 2-4 weeks build, then 3-10 business days transit.
- All freight deliveries go via curbside or commercial loading dock if available (XPO, RXO, Estes, Saia, R+L). Liftgate service included free for residential. Signature required at delivery.
- White-glove upgrade available for an additional fee. Coordinate before order via the contact form.
- Damage inspection at delivery: write damage on the BOL before signing, photograph, and report within 3 business days. OfficeSimpli files the freight claim. Without BOL notation, the carrier denies the claim.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations are not included in standard shipping. Email the contact form for separate quotes.
Address changes typically possible within 24-48 hours of order. Cancellations after Made-to-Order production start are not possible.
