Round Meeting Tables

A round meeting table seats a small group face to face with no head of the table and no corners to work around. We build four, each with a 1 and 1/8 inch thick top. Three are 42 inches across, stand 29 inches high and seat about four: one on a weighted single pedestal, one on a silver metal X-base, one on a four-spoke Venice X-base. The fourth is a 48 inch round on a laminate cylinder base, and the extra six inches open up a fifth seat. Every table is built to order in Dallas and Los Angeles in 2 to 4 weeks, ships free by curbside and dock freight in the continental US, and carries the 15-Year Warranty.

How many people fit around a 42 inch round meeting table?

What is the difference between the bases?

The pedestal is a single weighted column. The X-bases are silver metal with four legs spreading from the center, one a plain X and one a four-spoke Venice pattern. The cylinder base is a drum finished in matching laminate. All three keep the floor under the table clear.

Choosing a round meeting table

The base is what you are choosing. A pedestal or an X-base carries the top from the center and keeps the floor clear, so chairs pull in from any angle. The cylinder base is a solid drum finished to match the top, a heavier, more architectural look. Power can be specified at build time on some of these tables; ask before ordering and we will quote it.
