Our Story
Built in Dallas and Los Angeles.
OfficeSimpli started as a question. Why does most office furniture either cost three months of rent or fall apart after a year of use? There was a gap in the market for executive desks priced under $2,000 that you would still be using in a decade.
Where we build it
Our furniture is built in two facilities: Dallas, Texas and Los Angeles, California. The same line that builds for hospitality groups, corporate office contracts, state and local governments, schools, and non-profits builds for us.
We get factory-direct pricing without a markup layer in between. The savings go to the customer instead of a national distributor or a big-box retailer.
Why TFL instead of solid wood
Solid wood is great for furniture you do not move. It is bad for furniture that lives in an office, gets shifted around, sees a coffee mug every day, and has to look professional five years in. TFL on engineered wood stays flat, resists wear, and reads as the same finish on day one and year ten.
The trade-off is honesty. We are not selling a hardwood heirloom. We are selling office furniture that holds up to actual office use, made in America, priced sanely.
Where we go from here
The product line is expanding. More finishes, more configurations, dedicated trade pricing for designers, architects, and contractors. The standard does not change: built in the United States, engineered wood with TFL, 15-year umbrella warranty, free curbside and dock freight shipping in the continental US.
If you are buying for a home office, a corporate floor, or a startup, the math should work for you.
