Washer dryer countertops and other parcel-shipped products: Free 30-day returns. OfficeSimpli covers return shipping for any reason within 30 days of delivery. To start, email our contact form with your order number and we send a prepaid return label. For parcel damage, photograph the carton and product on receipt and report within 7 business days.

Measure twice, buy once. Office furniture is a real commitment, and we know returning a 400-pound desk is no fun. So we keep the policy simple.
If it's not the right fit for you (sizing, change-of-mind, didn't work in the space): 30-day returns. Item must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Customer-caused damage (dents, scratches, wear, modification) voids the return. You pay return shipping. We refund the full purchase price minus the return-shipping cost. No restocking fee.
If it arrived damaged, or we shipped something wrong: we cover it. Free return shipping. Full refund or replacement, your choice. Inspect the desk on delivery, mark any damages on the BOL, take photos, and report within 3 days. We'll handle it quickly.
At-delivery inspection
Most of our pieces ship via curbside and dock freight. Before the driver leaves your curb or loading dock, walk around the package and look for crushed corners, holes, or shifted contents. If anything looks off, write "damage noted" on the carrier's bill of lading before you sign. Without that note on the BOL, the carrier doesn't accept liability and the freight claim goes nowhere. Take photos of the package and any visible damage before unboxing further, and email those photos to our contact form within 3 days of delivery. How to start a return
- Email our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
- We send a return authorization (RA) number and freight pickup instructions within one business day.
- Re-pack the piece in its original packaging. If the carton is torn or compromised, ask us for a replacement carton before the pickup is scheduled.
- If the return is damage- or fault-related, we schedule the freight pickup with our partner carrier and email you the appointment window. If the return is a fit or sizing return, we coordinate the return shipping cost with you and either deduct it from the refund or arrange the pickup at your expense.
- Once the piece is back at our warehouse and inspected, we process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Every OfficeSimpli product carries a 15-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Component coverage tiers
- Surfaces, edges, veneers, mechanical parts: 5 years
- Made-to-Order products: 3 years
- Standing-desk bases: 2 years (no replacement labor)
- Electrical, grommets, locks, task lights: 1 year (no replacement labor)
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or neglect; damage from lightning or other acts of nature; normal wear and tear; color fastness or fading of any laminate, wood, or fabric; Customer's Own Materials (COM); damage caused by improper cleaning fluids; unauthorized modifications; clearance items; replacement labor charges (general clause); or rental furniture.
Conditions
Warranty extends to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and requires proof of purchase. Normal usage is capped at 40 hours per week for casegoods, tables, and desking. Warranty service is repair, replacement, or refund (less reasonable depreciation), at OfficeSimpli's option.
