OfficeSimpli is Made in USA office furniture, built in Dallas and Los Angeles. The same line that builds our consumer desks runs trade volume on the side. If you are spec'ing 5+ pieces, working with a designer, or buying for a corporate office, you can route through us at trade pricing without going to a generic distributor.

What we offer is made-to-order furniture from a US factory at factory-direct pricing. Lead times are honest. Quality controls are real. Support is direct (no distributor markup, no 6-week call queue).

Discount levels and exact percentages depend on order mix (Ready-to-Ship vs Made-to-Order), finish selection, and ship-to zip code. Quotes are project-specific. Email our contact form for a written quote.

Payment options

  • Net 30 invoicing. Available for verified accounts with credit references. Account agreement required before first invoice.
  • ACH and wire. Standard for B2B orders.
  • Credit card. Available for orders under a certain volume threshold; 2.9% processing surcharge applies on commercial credit card payments.

Tax exemption

Send your tax-exempt certificate to our contact form before placing the order and we apply the exemption at checkout. Most reseller, government, and educational tax exemptions are honored. Verification is at the certificate level, not the order level (one certificate covers multiple orders).

How to start

  1. Email our contact form with project specs, target volume, ship-to zip, and target delivery date
  2. We respond within 1-2 business days with a written quote
  3. You confirm pieces, finishes, quantities
  4. We send a proforma invoice or net 30 invoice
  5. Production starts on receipt of payment confirmation

Finish samples

Active trade accounts receive complimentary finish samples on request (small TFL chips and edge-band swatches in your finish selection). Useful when matching to existing office surfaces or working with a client at the spec stage.
