Needed help to get this assembled and when I texted and emailed, John responded immediately to both! He answered every question and tried very hard to help. My son was able to assemble it for us and it looks great. I suggest getting larger and more rubber pads for the underside to protect your washer/dryer but overall the product is awesome! Love this topper! We're re-doing our laundry room, and this fits our area perfectly. Appears to be nice and sturdy and it will be nice not to lose items behind my washer and dryer anymore. It seems to be very durable, and it came packaged well. It did take a little thinking as to how the sides attached, but if you follow the instructions exactly you shouldn't have any issues. It will be great if we ever have to get the washer and dryer out of the area, as it just lays on top of the appliances and isn't permanently attached. Only thing I would change is if the width could have been around 56" to be the same as both appliances with a smaller spacing between them.
Arrived in perfect condition and was super easy to assemble. Weighs a ton, so it feels really stable when washer is spinning or dry is going. The 4 stick-on feet/pads seem to work beautifully to dampen the vibrations and to keep it from moving- personally I would want larger stick-ons, but these are doing well. It gives me a much larger workspace and no more items going off the sides or behind the W/D. It's awesome.
Finished off my washer and dryer so I have a nice countertop. The product is heavy enough that it does not move even with the vibration of the washer and dryer. Only complaint is that it does get fine scratches when the plastic laundry basket is moved across the top.
Instructions were straightforward that made assembling easy. It is a bit heavy, but that’s to be expected since you don’t want it to be easily moving around on top of the machines. I would have liked a few more of the rubber pads. But so far no problems with noise or rattling in the spin mode.

I just recently bought a new washer and dryer and have always wanted a counter top! This was the easiest fix instead of adding a permanent quartz countertop! Came in a timely manner, shipped and boxed very well, easy to put together and glad I went with the white instead of trying to get something to match my expresso cabinets! It makes my bathroom/laundry room a more of a clean look with some organization and functionality as you could very well fold laundry on it! Sturdy and seems built well! Love the esthetic’s of the room now!
The largest countertop fit my large washer and dryer. I have the black steel W/D so I bought the slate grey which blends nicely. Two people needed to lift it because it is heavy. I was able to put it together and get it on top of my W|D by myself but I advise anyone to get help lifting it up. Looks nice and will help with keeping W/D top from wear/tear/scratches. I’ve been wanting a countertop for a while. I’m happy with my purchase.
The W/D counter cover is lovely and beautifully finished in the California Walnut. The item arrived damaged, likely due to shipping, but John was wonderful about sending a replacement that arrived immediately and in perfect condition!
Beautiful top to fit over my LG washer dryer. Thought I was going to have to have a custom top, but found this extra large size that worked perfectly. Made very good. Sturdy. Just a lovely top. More than I could of asked for. Only thing- could've included better foam pads, which I purchased at my hardware store. Very happy with it.
This is a very heavy and sturdy item. Easy to put together with camber system. This keeps items from falling behind washer/dryer. Can store items on it, and still have plenty of room to fold clothes. It was worth the price. The only suggestion I have, is to include larger rubber non slip strips instead of small ones.
Got it today for my new washer/ dryer. Was easy to assemble, just needed a help to place it. We have a new a Maytag Washer/Dryer and it fit just fine. We might need to get some thicker rubber pads under it, but I’ll see how it goes once I’ve done my first wash with it on. It certainly makes the space more usable and I won’t be losing stuff down the back or between the units. The colour also matched really well to my cabinets, which was a plus.

It's perfect, exactly what we wanted, quality piece. However, the directions could have been a little clearer. It was the final step that didn't make sense and wasn't explained, so it took longer than expected, but once we got it, and finished putting it together, me and my husband were able to carry and lift it to it's rightful spot. Also, in dark gray it goes well with my cabinet next to the washer/dryer that is white with black, light and dark gray running through it. You can't see the back of it, but it's there, now nothing can slide off the back or sides of our washer/dryer, and no more scratches on top. And it doesn't budge when my washer or dryer are operating.
This Review is for an OfficeSimpli Large Washer Dryer Countertop 30 x 58: Product is great! Very sturdy, well engineered and thought out and fit perfectly over my front load washer and dryer. Assembly was one back rail or splash and left and right side rails. All holes were predrilled and each rail or back-splash were secured with two supplied screws on each rail and one extra screw for food luck. You will need a Phillips head screw driver. A no-brainer install. Counter top is heavy, I'm guessing 50 lbs. The white color is an appliance white and matches my washer and dryer perfectly. If desired, you could modify or customize very easily with white shelving or trim boards from Home Depot, Lowes, or local building supply store. Stuff, sitting on the top of the washer/dryer no longer fails behind the appliances which was a real pain to move them out in order to pick up--especially the washer. Happy to agree with other reviewers there is no vibration or movement when running either appliance. This product was a bit more expensive than other tops but in my opinion worth it. I was going to make my own but buying plywood and a melamine or formica for the top would have been significantly more bucks and work. I priced having one made with formica and plywood and quotes were running $800 to $900 not delivered. Total installation time was about 15 minutes. Also supplied were several thin felt pads, size of a quarter, to place between appliances and top. The shipping box was designed for this particular top made of super heavy cardboard and reinforced with strategically placed double-thick reinforced cardboard strips. The fit was tight, thus no movement of the top in the enclosed shipping box. And, the top arrived in perfect condition--no dings, chips, scratches, etc. Where I live you must curt down the size of cardboard to fit on top of or inside a 90 gallon trash container. The cardboard is so hard and thick that you will pretty well dull a blade for a Stanley bit cutter if you have to trim the size down. I received this in to days of my order. Another advantage, nice area for folding your dried clothes and towels. I am more than pleased.

LOVE this so much! It elevated my laundry room so much. It was super easy to screw on the sides. It is very heavy which is good for when the washer is running but you make need help getting it up. It moves slightly when washer and dryer are on but not to the extend of it being a burden.

This product exceeded my expectations. It is very well made and sturdy. I put it together myself using the packing materials for leverage. Due to the weight and size, I just needed my husband to help me lift it into place. We purchased a new washer and dryer and I wanted to keep the tops from scratching and rusting as older appliances can get. We have our cat litter pan in the laundry room so sometimes they walk on top of the washer/dryer and get sand on top.. So this not only protects the surface, it also is a nice clean area to place wet clothing from the washer before I hang it up. I jazzed it up with some faux plants and it is so nice. There are four little rubber feet for the four corners. I just adjusted the machine placement to ensure they fit each corner. Worth the cost. I anticipate it will last a long time.

As soon as I notified John, he shipped out a second one while he battled it out with the shipping company. He did not make me wait for a resolution to the lost countertop. This is not solid wood but MDF with wood-look laminate. I saw the “walnut” description and thought it was solid wood but my fault for not reading the description more carefully. It is REALLY heavy but I was able to assemble it myself and carry it to the laundry room. It went together easily almost like IKEA furniture. I expect this to last a long time and the laminate is probably better for a laundry room anyhow. Looks good for sure.
This item is of very good quality and brings a whole new level of functionality to our laundry room. The washer and dryer tops also serve as a workspace for folding etc., and the addition of this self not only gives a more streamlined and elegant appearance to the space, but folding and stacking is much easier with the added room this provides. Additionally, the sides of the shelf prevent losing the odd item down the back of the appliances! Customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend this company and this product.
We are so happy with our countertop for my front loader washing machine and dryer in my tiny laundry room. The pieces arrived in a well packed box with simple instructions on how to put it together. It was very easy to put together--two people --one screwdriver--less than 30 minutes total to unpack, place screws in the holes, tighten screws in place and then place it on top on washer/dryer--it really pulled the little laundry room together.

Such a simple idea. I placed all my detergents & laundry items on a shelf above my washer/dryer. With this countertop i now have folding room! I did struggle to get it together on my own. I am 68 and in pretty good shape but the countertop is heavy. I did need assistance to slide the side rails into the locking nut. I was able to lift it up onto the washer/dryer on my own. It does not move. My washer/dryer is about 15 years old front load. The countertop does overhang a bit about 2 inches towards the rear. I had to push it towards the rear because it was interfering with the slide out detergent drawer. I love the clean look and workspace.
We love our new Washer & Dryer Countertop! Heavy, but was very easy to put together. Recommend two people for handling. Added industrial velcro tape on the bottom front to keep it from moving. Definitely recommend this product, it gave us much needed working area. We paired it with a washer & dryer storage shelf that we also bought here on Amazon.
The product is very well made, solid, it is heavy which is good. The hardware to put it together is the best I have ever seen or worked with. Thank you for an excellent product. My only recommendation is to provide better nonslip pads. This product is a bit more expensive but better than the items I had to return in the same category.
This was one of the few larger, or oversized, laundry tops I could find. It arrived well packed with no damage. I think I put it together in 15 minutes using a screwdriver. The fit was good. The finishing looked good. It certainly isn't light, but I (an ordinary 60 something male) was able to put it on top of our laundry machines (front loaders on pedestals) by myself. The four included stick-on squishy feet seemed like a good idea. We have heard no additional rattles or squeaks since adding the top. Eliminating pushing stuff off the back or sides or between the machines is totally worth the price to us.
This is my first washer/dryer countertop purchase and Im very happy with it so far. It was easy to assemble (took 5 minutes at most) and looks nice. It is heavier than I expected and there are no issues with movement or shaking when the washer and/or dryer are in use.
This is a nicely designed washer dryer counter top. Easy to assemble and fits to a "T" my washer/dryer setup (LG Thin Q). Bummer though, the top arrived and there were a few very minor chips on the left side edge (likely happened during shipping...it's a big flat box and it's the holidays so it likely got tossed a bit more than normal??). Regardless, I followed the internal request to not automatically return the unit to Amazon but instead contact John of Officesimpli to give him the opportunity to make things right before sending it back to Amazon for a full refund. After sending John pictures of the minor damage, John very graciously refunded me 40% of the purchase price! This despite the counter top being stored and shipped directly from Amazon and not from Officesimpli. In conclusion, great customer service and a very nice product. Sometimes stuff happens and companies tell you that's just the breaks, or perhaps offer an insignificant refund, but sometimes, but not frequently enough, companies do stand behind their product and put their money where their mouth is. In conclusion, I'll suggest you order this type of product from Officesimpli, and if you happen to need customer service you'll get the best.
I get lots of compliments on the way this countertop looks and works in our laundry room. I was concerned about the quality of the finish, but the laminate is really good. After using it for months now there are no scuff marks, stains or anything like that. Still looks new. The workspace it provides really makes a difference. The side and back ledges keep things from sliding off. I’m really happy that is doesn’t move around much at all. Good product. Well worth the money.

Heavy duty, American made product. It's mdf but very high quality, and I added the photo to show that unlike some cheaper mdf products with sharp edges, these are smooth and rounded, giving the item great fit and finish. Also if shopping for one of these, make sure to check the weight of other products, most of them weigh much less. This one is heavy and takes a minute to get it situated, but that extra weight is great for keeping it in place. Also should note that I received this as a gift, and it arrived missing a few pieces. There's a pamphlet in the package with contact info for the company, and I got a quick and friendly reply, and had the pieces in a few days. Big thumbs up for both product and service.
This is a great washer/dryer topper! If you need a folding area, this is a good solution. Product is easy to put together. If you are unable to follow the diagram instructions, the seller gives you a QR Code to scan. This is a YouTube how to video. Video is less than 1 minute. This will definitely help you. Product has a great weight to it, the size is perfect to cover your side by side washer and dryer. (See my photo attached). I purchased the gray. They have other colors to fit your decor taste. It’s functional! I recommend this product.
While the assembly instructions are well-written and there are only a few parts, this requires extreme strength to assemble. And I'm a strong guy. The issue is turning the seven cam bolts. They are almost impossible to turn. I can only get three of the seven to turn. Not sure that I'll be able to finish the assembly. This could have been better engineered.
I moved to a house with a smaller laundry room and really needed a place to fold clothes. This is perfect. At first, I ordered a much less expensive table that was total trash. It arrived broken and was super cheap. This piece is great quality. It arrived in perfect condition and was packaged so well. It has held up well and looks great. It's definitely worth paying a little more to get this kind of quality.
Had new custom cabinets installed and needed a place to store a few items while doing laundry and decided to go with this great product. The walnut finish was a very close match to my existing cabinets above the washer and dryer. The knockdown hardware to mount the side walls were an excellent choice and make setup a breeze while maintaining strength. Highly recommend.
Not only does this look great but it is very functional and saves the top of your washer and dryer from scratches. It holds all our laundry paraphernalia and stops them from sliding off the back of washer and dryer. We love how it works and fits. We did add a couple extra rubber pieces on the bottom to stop it from sliding.
Just as pictured- very easy instructions to put the side walls on; it took me under 5 minutes. It is a very solid product that isn't going to move easily, especially with the rubber feat on. Though perhaps if they sent me 4 more, and included 8 for everyone, that might be better so there would be some center support and grippiness. I am VERY happy with this product though. Makes the washing area look better and keeps things from falling off!
Heavy but easy to put together. I put the entire box on top of my washer/dryer, opened and unboxed the contents leaving the main counter board on top of the box. Since I was doing this solo I used the products box as a cover to prevent damage to the top of the washer/dryer while I put it together. Once together I slid the box out from underneath without having to hoist the entire thing onto the top of the washer/dryer after it was put together. It fits perfectly and makes folding clothes so much easier while providing a great look to my laundry area.
We bought this for our laundry room to help protect the top of our washer and dryer, But also give us some working space easily put together. Fits OK, but it is a little unstable. It comes with pads to put underneath for stability, but I think I will look for something a With a little more adhesiveness. Easy to put together, and good value for the money. Very heavy so it’s a two person job to get it together.
I love this countertop for my small laundry room. I was using the top of my washer and dryer for folding laundry, but when I saw this, it was a must! Nothing falls off the sides or back, looks clean, and so easy to put together. It also comes with 4 small pads so it doesn’t slip or rattle during cycles! Best of all, it’s MADE IN THE USA! It comes in several colors and came perfectly packaged without damage. LOVE IT!
The packaging must have had an upgrade as it was so well packaged, it would have had to have been dropped out of the truck to have had any damage. The top is beautiful and really makes a difference to my laundry room. I almost bought a silicone cover but am so glad I found this. I wanted something to protect the tops of my new washer and dryer, which it does, but it also has improved the overall look of the room as it looks like a real cabinet top. It is sturdy so It also provides more space for my laundry supplies, keeping the room from looking cluttered.

I only wish I had known this existed years ago! Having stuff fall behind the washer and dryer is an ongoing plague at our house. Since we bought this lovely countertop, nothing gets lost. Looks very nice, too. One tip - we placed rubbery non-skid furniture coasters on the bottom of this, which keep it from rattling or slipping on the surface of the washer & dryer. Worked like a charm.
We have a really small and narrow laundry room and this has been an amazing purchase for us. We now have a spot to fold laundry and not worry about losing a sock behind the machines. I’ve had this for about 5 weeks now and I just love it! Appearance wise it really elevated this small space, but it’s also very functional. I bought the black color because our machines are almost a dark/grey blue. The package arrived on time. It was packed really well. It does require some assembly, but it fairly easy. However, this item is heavy! I did put it together myself and I was able to put it up on the machines myself, but if you have a 2nd person it would be easier. It comes with pieces of rubber to place between it and the machines. It does not slide around at all (but I did move the rubber’s piece around a few times and did a wiggle test). It doesn’t make noise when the machines are going. It’s great! Highly recommend this for your laundry space.
Its pressboard and very heavy. The holes at the back arent well placed so the back piece sits lower than the side pieces. Too big and heavy to return. I think $200+ is a bit high... It looks good, and will be fine for folks DC ing laundry.

I’m in the process of redoing my laundry room and I wanted to make it a little more organized. It’s small so I don’t have a lot of room to work with that’s why I wanted something to go on top of my washer and dryer to hold things better. Aesthetically I love this! It is very heavy but easy to put together. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because the shipping took forever. But it was definitely worth it and I would recommend this product.
I recently purchased a new home and wanted to enhance my stackable washer and dryer. Instead of stacking them, I put them side-by-side and ordered this awesome top. This was exactly what I needed to finish off my laundry room refresh. I previously had a top loading washer with shelves above it. When I found out I had to buy a replacement, I went in search of something to replace the function of my previous shelf. I checked several big box stores at got strange looks when I asked for this exact thing. I cannot recommend this product enough. It only took me a few minutes to assemble and it was ready to go. It was double boxed, so there was no damage.
We live in a smaller Townhouse and the Washer/Dryer are on the 1st floor, not the basement as I've been accustomed too its location. It fits well except for raising the base by an Inch or so, so if you have Cabinets above it and have small Appliances - Coffee maker and Coffee Grinder in our instance, you may need to adjust the location. After a couple of months it's still in good shape with no Coffee stains on the surface, but I do wipe them up relatively quickly. Thumbs UP!
LOVE THIS COUNTER idea and its engineering. Just wish the product was made out of plastic. Unfortunately if water gets onto the counter, it puckers and swells. Acts like MDF, not wood. Also, edges open up if heat (dryer) nearby. I ended up buying extra tape to put around edging. I’m still using this product. It does bum me out though.
Recently we decided to do a laundry room make over. We wanted a counter to go over our washer and dryer but did not want to do major construction to install one. Found this non-slip counter top that fit the bill. Nice, well constructed, easy to assemble, thick wood lament. Picked the color of finish we wanted and there you go, more counter space with minimal effort. Highly recommend.
I love the Laundry top - very good quality. The seller packed it very well and the 5 stars for shipping reflects the seller's role in shipping. Unfortunately UPS must have dropped it, despite having a "fragile" label. Because it was packed so well, it only had a small chip out of one corner but John, the seller, was very responsive in rectifying this. Great customer service.
I was constantly losing clean clothes off the back of the washer and dryer and in the space between them. This is the perfect solution! Took me about 10 minutes to assemble and can be a 1 person project (although having a 2nd person to hold the boards together is a plus). The company includes little rubberized stickers to keep the top in place, which is a nice touch. Love how clean it looks, too! (Until the laundry is done, that is) And … Made in the USA
Do I think this product was worth $200? No. Did it help me solve a storage issue in a tight laundry closet? Yes. It was also a lot heavier than expected so it made installation much more difficult for me.
This washer/dryer counter top is beautiful and looks amazing in my laundry room. The counter piece was missing the cam bolts, and after contacting the seller, they sent out the bolts immediately. I highly recommend this if you’re looking to update your laundry room!
I was so excited to open my order. When I did a few weeks later( under the weather) the product did not disappoint in appearance weight & quality. When attempting to assemble the screws were too short for the cams to connect in order to assemble it. I did reach out to John & am currently awaiting a response. Which I'm sure will not be a problem. I will re review with pictures in my laundry room once I receive the replacement parts. UPDATE: John responded, with a instructional helpful video and I was able to complete the assembly in a few seconds. ( slant the screwdriver was the key lol) I am very pleased with this beautiful countertop for my washer & dryer! Will always recommend!

I needed more space in my hallway laundry area and this was the perfect thing to help! Stays in place (I did put rubber shelving liner under it as well). I’m very happy with it and it makes my small space look so much better.

The side and rear "edges" were poorly attached with a gap between the table top and the raised sides and back. Person assembling them didn't bother to line up screw/attachment hardware, and it couldn't be re-set without causing further damage. Disappointing, but too much of a pain in the rear to haul it back for a return.
This product is exactly what I hoped it would be. The quality is superb and fits perfectly on my washer and dryer. While the product may be a little heavy to carry for one person, the assembly was thankfully very easy. I also want to mention the customer service. For some reason my package was unable to arrive and then showed ‘Undeliverable’. I immediately messaged the seller directly and they responded quickly! They were able to offer a refund right away and told me that if I ordered the product again that they would send it through a different delivery service. I ended up buying the product again and it delivered with ease! This company is a small business who helps their customers out so please consider buying from them!
Hello first time homeowner here! I recently purchased my first washer dryer set and saw an Instagram Reel of another woman doing one of these in her laundry room and loved the look. It is great as a folding station/ wrapping station especially with Christmas right around the corner. Okay.. for all my fellow single ladies, the package is a little heavy but not unmanageable. My laundry room is on the second floor and getting the box up the stairs did take some effort. However, the set up was super easy. I’m not the best about reading instructions and honestly with this I didn’t really need them. I was concerned about it sliding around after seeing someone’s review about theirs, but it came with rubber slip grips which were amazing. I did have a quick question but the customer service was amazing, quick to respond and sort it all out for me. All around I love this product and will be ordering one for my sister and her husband as a house warming gift for the holidays! ASSEMBLY TIPS!:) —(I set mine up on the floor) STACK THE PADDING FROM THE BOX ON TOP OF EACH OTHER~I did 3 on each side~ while assembling the side walls. That way you aren’t trying to hold the whole weight and screw in the bolts. — THE SCREWS STRAIGHTEN THEMSELVES OUT WHEN YOU TIGHTEN THEM DOWN. I’m not the most handy of people so I didn’t already know this was a thing but don’t stress about them going in straight cause they fix themselves.
It’s looks great and works well keeping a tidy area on top of my machines; however I couldn’t put it together at first because the screws stripped before I could get them all the way in. I switched to an oversized screwdriver and they went in alittle easier.
It arrived earlier than expected which was nice. The quality is great and it’s very sturdy. Fits my washer and dryer perfectly. Overall super happy with it. I highly recommend grabbing one of these if you’re thinking about it!
