OfficeSimpli aims to make our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We work toward the recommendations of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at the AA level as a directional target, not a current certification.
Where we are
- Accessibility is an active and ongoing area of work for us.
- We do not currently claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. Some interactive components, third-party integrations, and product configurator widgets may not pass strict automated validation.
- We treat accessibility defects as defects, not as accepted state, and remediate them as we identify them.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please reach us through our contact form with a description of the page and the obstacle. We review accessibility reports and respond when we are able. We do not currently offer a guaranteed response window.
Alternative formats
If a standard page or document is inaccessible for you, please reach out through our contact form and describe what format would work better (plain text, large print, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Standards we reference
We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA, Section 508, and ADA Title III as reference frameworks for our internal accessibility work. References, not certifications.
Ongoing process
Accessibility on this site will improve incrementally over time as the catalog grows and components evolve. We welcome feedback that helps us prioritize.
