Every desk and table ships free to the continental United States. No minimum order. The pricing on the product page is what you pay; freight is included.

What "ships from" means
Ready-to-Ship items ship from our facilities in Los Angeles and Dallas. Made-to-Order pieces ship from the production workshop. We do not stockpile east-coast inventory in dedicated warehouses (storage cost would push pricing up); the trade-off is a few days of transit either way.
Curbside and dock freight delivery
Office furniture is too large and too heavy for standard small parcel (UPS / FedEx / USPS). All deliveries go via curbside and dock freight. The carrier picks up at our warehouse, consolidates with other freight, and delivers to your address.
Standard freight service: curbside or threshold
- Carrier calls 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour appointment window
- Driver brings the piece to curbside, driveway, or front door / threshold
- Driver does not bring the piece inside, upstairs, or remove old furniture
- Signature required at delivery (someone over 18 must be present)
- Delivery to a residential address requires liftgate service (included free)
Optional white glove upgrade
- Driver brings the piece to room of choice inside the home
- Light unboxing and debris removal
- Some assembly assistance (basic placement; not full setup)
- Available for an additional fee depending on zip code

Inspect at delivery
Before signing the freight bill of lading (BOL), inspect the carton for visible damage (puncture, crush, water marks, corner crush). If the carton looks damaged:
- Note the damage on the BOL before signing (carrier-required for freight claims)
- Take photos of the damaged carton from multiple angles
- Email our contact form within 3 days with the photos
We file the freight claim with the carrier; you do not have to. Replacement parts or full replacement piece ships within 3-10 business days of approval.
Carrier and tracking
We use major freight carriers (XPO, RXO, Estes, Saia, R+L Carriers). The specific carrier depends on origin warehouse and destination zip code. After your order ships, you receive an email with the carrier name, BOL number, and tracking link. Most carriers update tracking once the freight reaches their final terminal (typically the destination terminal); intermediate hub-to-hub movement may not show in real time.
Outside the continental US
Standard freight does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses. For those, email our contact form with the destination and we quote freight separately. Most international destinations are reachable through container forwarders.
Cancellations and address changes
Address changes are possible before pickup (typically the first 24-48 hours after order). Once the piece is in the carrier's hands, address changes incur a re-route fee from the carrier. Cancellations after production start (Made-to-Order) are not possible. See FAQ for the cancellation window detail.
