A 12 person conference table seats a full team around one surface. This one is 144 inches long, 48 inches deep, and 30 inches tall, made in the USA, in a warm California Walnut finish. It is a clean rectangular conference table and the value option in our lineup: a full-size meeting table without a custom-boardroom budget.

Power is built right into the top, so your team plugs in at the table instead of running cords to the wall. Each power unit is a recessed 7-in-1 flip-up with 3 standard AC outlets, 2 USB-A ports, 2 USB-C ports, an on/off switch, and a 6-foot cord, set in a brushed-aluminum housing with a brush-fringe grommet that closes neatly around your cables. Every length comes with two of these units, so laptops, monitors, and AV gear all power up from the tabletop with no wires crossing the surface. Built-in power at the table is what makes a modern conference table work for laptop-driven meetings.
The 8-foot table is 96 inches long and seats 8, the 10-foot is 120 inches and seats 10, and the 12-foot is 144 inches and seats 12, or 14 if you add a chair at each end of the table. The 12-foot is the largest size in the line. All three are 48 inches deep with the same recessed power.

What it’s made of
The top is a thickened, thermally-fused laminate (TFL) surface on a CARB-compliant core: it resists scratches, repels water, and wipes clean, holding flat and level across the full length even in a high-traffic boardroom. Yes. Recessed flip-up power units sit flush in the tabletop, each with 3 AC outlets, 2 USB-A ports, 2 USB-C ports, an on/off switch, and a 6-foot cord. Every length comes with two units. The team plugs in at the table with no cords run to the wall.
The 12-foot length (144 inches) seats 12, or 14 if you add a chair at each end, at about 24 inches of width per seat. It is the standard size for a full department or board around one rectangular table.
Three lengths: 8 feet (96 inches, seats 8), 10 feet (120 inches, seats 10), and 12 feet (144 inches, seats 12). All are 48 inches deep and 30 inches tall. Pick the length by your team size and room.
Leave 36 to 42 inches of clearance on every side so chairs pull out and people can walk behind seated guests. For the 12-foot table, plan on a room of about 21 by 13 feet at a minimum.
By freight, everything on one pallet, with the pieces wrapped and protected. The 12-foot and 10-foot tables arrive in 7 pieces and the 8-foot in 5.
This is the value, ready-to-ship line. The Tenure range is the higher-end build, with thicker tops and tapered or panel bases. Both seat the same numbers; the difference is finish level, base design, and the power setup.
