Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all OfficeSimpli orders shipped within the continental United States. Return terms vary by product category; the complete procedure is published at the Returns page.

Parcel-shipped products (washer dryer countertops, etc.): Free 30-day returns. OfficeSimpli covers return shipping for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Freight-shipped furniture (executive desks, conference tables, reception desks, storage, made-to-order pieces): 30-day return window for fit, sizing, or change-of-mind. Item must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Customer-caused damage (dents, scratches, wear, modification) voids the return. Customer pays return freight. No restocking fee. Refund minus return freight, issued within 5 business days of warehouse receipt.

Damaged-on-arrival or shipped-in-error (any product): OfficeSimpli covers return shipping and provides full refund or replacement.

  • Freight deliveries: damage must be both written on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery and reported to OfficeSimpli within 3 business days with photos. Without the BOL notation, the carrier denies the freight claim and the refund cannot be processed.
  • Parcel deliveries: photograph the damaged carton and product on receipt and report to OfficeSimpli within 7 business days.
