Fabric Options for Workstation Panels and Tackboards

Office cubicle fabric covers the panels, tackboards and dividers on our workstations, and the tackboards on hutch desks. We build with 84 patterns from three textile mills, sorted into five grades. Grade 1 is included in the listed price of any piece that carries fabric. Grades 2 to 5 are quoted per piece. Every pattern comes in more colorways than the one shown here, so name the pattern and the colorway you want and we confirm it on your piece.

How fabric grades work

Grade 1 is included. Office furniture fabric is sold in grades. The price on a workstation or hutch desk page already covers any Grade 1 pattern. Ask before you order through the contact form, name the piece, the pattern and the colorway, and we confirm it and put it on the order.

Grades 2 to 5 are quoted per piece. A grade is the mill's price tier for that fabric. It changes only the fabric, never the panel size or the frame. Ask for a price on the piece you want in that pattern and we come back with the number and the lead time.

Panel or multi-purpose. A cubicle panel fabric is made for stretched panels and tackboards. A multi-purpose fabric is rated for panels and seating both. We use either one on panels, tackboards and dividers. We do not sell seating, so seating-only vinyls are left off this page.

Where panel and tackboard fabric shows up

Panels and dividers on our office workstations, from the single-user workstation with storage to the 4-person benching desk and 6-person benching desk. Tackboard fabric on hutch desks, including the L-shaped office desk with hutch and the L-shape desk with hutch. Every one of them is made to order in Dallas and Los Angeles, so the fabric is chosen at build time. Surfaces on the same pieces come in our laminate colors and finishes.

If your office runs on one textile standard, we can build with customer-supplied material. Ask and we quote the piece with your fabric. Each pattern on this page also carries the mill's cleaning code. Ask for it when you order and we include it with the confirmation.

Questions about fabric options

Is the workstation fabric included in the price?

Yes, for Grade 1. The listed price of any piece with fabric panels or a tackboard covers any Grade 1 pattern. Grades 2 to 5 are quoted per piece.

Can I choose a colorway that is not shown?

Yes. Each pattern comes in more colorways than the one on this page. Name the pattern and the colorway through the contact form and we confirm it.

Which fabric grade should I pick?

Grade 1 costs nothing extra, so start there. Step up when you want a specific pattern or a color that only comes in a higher grade.

Do you upholster chairs?

No. We do not sell seating. Fabric goes on panels, tackboards and dividers only.

Can I use my own fabric?

Yes. Customer-supplied fabric is quoted per piece. Tell us the mill and pattern and we come back with a price.
