Order finish samples

For trade and commercial buyers spec'ing a multi-piece project, we ship physical TFL chips and edge-band swatches in your finish selection. The samples let you match colors to existing office surfaces, walls, or carpet before placing a volume order.

What you receive

  • TFL chips. 4 inch by 4 inch sample of each finish you select. Real production-grade thermally-fused laminate, not a printed simulation.
  • Edge-band swatches. 1mm PVC banding samples in matching color so you can see the full assembled look.
  • Material spec sheet. CARB Phase 2 certification, SCS Indoor Advantage Gold adhesive certification, FSC chain-of-custody documentation. Useful for procurement teams that need verification on file.

Cost

Free for verified trade accounts. If you have applied for a trade account through the Trade page or have placed a prior order with us, samples ship at no cost.

$15 for non-trade buyers (covers shipping + handling). The fee is credited toward your first order over $500.

How to request

Email support@officesimpli.com with the subject line "Sample Request" and include:

  • Your name + company (if applicable)
  • Trade account status (apply through the Trade page if not yet verified)
  • Finish names you want (Walnut, Light Oak, Dark Oak, Mahogany, White, Charcoal, or any combination)
  • Project scope (single office, multi-floor build-out, hospitality, etc.) so we can include any relevant finishes you may not have considered
  • Ship-to address (residential or commercial)
  • Target delivery window if you are working against a deadline

Samples typically ship within 2 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Continental US arrives within 5-7 business days.

What happens next

Once the samples arrive, request a written quote on the Contact page or directly via email. Reference your sample order so we have your finish selections on file. Quotes for projects above 5 pieces include trade tier pricing per the Trade page.

Questions before requesting

If you are not sure which finish matches your project, send a photo of the existing office surfaces (desk, wall paint, flooring) and we will recommend a finish family. We do not push the most expensive option; we recommend what reads correctly under your existing lighting.
