A mobile storage cabinet long enough to work on

This mobile storage cabinet is a 96 inch island on wheels. Six 35 inch tall pedestals sit on a 72 by 36 inch caster base, three to a side. On one long side, a single-door cabinet, a pedestal with a 16-1/2 inch open cubby over a box drawer and a file drawer, and another single-door cabinet. On the other, two more door cabinets with an open bookshelf unit between them. The 96 inch top overhangs the base by 12 inches at each end and stands 43 inches high, so the ends work as a standing-height counter. Made to order in the USA.

02 · Description

Four doors, two drawers and a bookshelf

As a rolling storage cabinet it closes on more than it shows. The four 18 inch cabinets have hinged doors, two hinged on the left and two on the right, and the box and file drawers sit under their open cubby with a keyed lock. The bookshelf side takes binders and reference books in the open. The door cabinets do not lock as listed; a door lock can be specified at build time if you need one.

An office cabinet on wheels that moves as one piece

The base carries six heavy-duty 4 inch casters that all lock. Roll the whole rolling office storage cabinet to where a project team is working, lock it, and roll it back when the room resets. At 96 inches it also works as a low divider between two groups of desks, with storage opening to both sides and a counter on top for the shared printer or the coffee.

What comes included?

The whole rolling storage island with cabinets as pictured: the four door cabinets, the box-and-file pedestal with its open cubby, the bookshelf unit, the 96 inch top and the caster base. The laptop, mugs and books are props. The finish in the photos is not a standard finish and costs more; standard finishes are included at this price.

Do the cabinets lock?

The box drawer and the file drawer lock with a key. The four door cabinets do not lock as listed; a door lock can be specified at build time, ask before ordering and we will quote it.

How much room does it need?

96 by 36 inches for the top, 43 inches high, plus space on both long sides to open the doors and pull the drawers. The caster base under it is 72 inches long; the top overhangs it by 12 inches at each end.

How does it ship?

By freight on a pallet, or more than one, as factory-built modules: the six pedestals, the 96 inch top and the caster base. It is not flat-pack. The pieces connect to each other on site.
