An L shaped sit stand desk with the lift hidden in the L

This L shaped sit stand desk carries a 72 inch dive-board top, 28 inches deep at the wide end tapering to 24, on a height adjustable base that travels from 29.5 to 49.25 inches, floor to work surface, with an inset controller on your left. One lift column hides in a pill-shaped shroud at the open end; the other sits inside a 62-1/2 inch low credenza that carries the far end of the top. The top has a grommet for cables and a 60 inch knife-shaped modesty panel beneath. Made to order in the USA.

02 · Description

A low credenza with a locking file, plus a tackboard and a shelf

The credenza is 23 inches high and 21 inches deep: a 32 inch section with a box drawer over a locking lateral file drawer, and a 32 inch open bay with an adjustable shelf, each with a wire hatch at the back. Above it hang two 56 inch tall wall panels, 31-1/4 inches wide each: one carries a fabric tackboard, pattern and color chosen at build time, the other a single shelf. Both mount to the wall on metal clips. The footprint is 62-1/2 inches along the wall by 72 inches into the room.

The listed price covers the standard laminate finishes. The finish in the photos is not a standard finish and costs more; ask before ordering and we will quote it.

Which hand the desk is

As shown, the lift controller is inset on your left as you work, and the credenza runs along the wall at the far end of the top. A right-hand version can be specified at build time; ask before ordering and we will confirm it on the quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the height adjustment work?

The 72 inch top rides a height adjustable base with two columns, one hidden in the pill-shaped shroud and one in the low credenza. The inset controller on your left moves the surface between 29.5 and 49.25 inches. On a sit stand L shaped desk like this one only the top moves; the credenza and the wall panels stay fixed.

What comes included?

The dive-board top with its modesty panel, the height adjustable base with the pill-shaped shroud, the 62-1/2 inch low credenza with its box drawer, locking file drawer and open bay, and the two 56 inch wall panels with the tackboard and the shelf. The L shaped standing desk arrives as one order; the chair and the props are not included.

Does the drawer lock?

Yes. The lateral file drawer in the credenza has a keyed lock; the box drawer sits above it in the same section. Lock and pull finishes are chosen at build time.

How much room does an adjustable height L shaped desk need?

62-1/2 inches along the wall and 72 inches into the room for the top, plus room to roll a chair beside it. The wall above the credenza needs 62-1/2 inches of clear width for the two panels, which stand 56 inches tall. For an L shaped adjustable height desk that is the whole footprint; nothing else stands on the floor.

How does it ship?

By freight on a pallet, or more than one, as large factory-built pieces: the top, the base with its shroud, the credenza and the two wall panels. It is not flat-pack. The pieces connect to each other on site; the panels hang on the wall.
